Half Timber Houses.

The pine trees provide a great scenery for the homes built in the forest. Most houses we will see in here are half timber houses. The construction of these half timber houses was popular in the medieval times, the structural frame is exposed to the outside and then filled in with plaster, stones, or brick. These houses were impractical for the United States as they don't keep the cold of winter out.
